Making A Purchase Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Once an order is placed your credit or debit card will be charged immediately. An order acknowledgement will be sent by e-mail & an invoice / receipt will be sent by post
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Delivery of goods shall only be made to the customers address provided
The customer shall make all arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Delivery of Goods will be charged as per quote unless stated otherwise.
The Goods usually will be delivered between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
For a specified date delivery Fabtv will endeavour to complete the delivery on the date given, deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that the carriage company is unable to deliver the Goods on the Delivery Date due to the customers non-attendance a redelivery charge will be payable by the customer.
All Goods must be checked and signed for by the customer by way of an acknowledgement of delivery.
Any damage or discrepancies between the Goods received and those ordered must be reported to Fabtv in writing (e-mail accepted) within 24 hours. Failure to comply may invalidate any claim.
Fabtv will not be liable for any charges incurred in respect of trades persons booked to coincide with the delivery of the Goods and the customer pre-books such persons entirely at their own risk.
The provisions of this clause apply only to delivery in Mainland UK.

Returns Policy Should you wish to return goods you may cancel the order up to 5 working days from receipt. You must notify us in writing by post or email and the goods must be returned to us unused and in the original packing. Any monies paid will be returned within 30 days, less a restocking fee of 25%, less the cost of delivery, collection, and return.
Any Special Orders (including TV Beds) once placed are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled
